One aspect about me is that I hate doing meaningless, repetitive tasks, hence my curiosity (and laziness 😅) push me to find smarter ways to work!

Projects Worked On:

• FB Messenger Chatbot (Golden Peak Hotel & Suites) [Jun to Jul 2024]: Developed a chatbot to answer FB messenger queries, chatbot saves approximately 4 hours+ worth of manual work, allowing sales and marketing executives time to do more valuable work [Marketing Associate @ Golden Peak Hotel & Suites]

• Google Form + Viber Integration For Sales (Golden Peak Hotel & Suites) [Jul 2024]: Coded a short script through Google Apps Script that redirects Google Form Responses to our executives’ Viber account using the Viber API [Marketing Associate @ Golden Peak Hotel & Suites]

• GradBall Receipt Generator [May 2023, Updated May 2024]: Created a program that utilises the Python-Docx library to parse through a list of names and their sections and automate inputting in an event payment receipt! This idea came to life from my work in the Pupil Council, where I wanted to automate the process of creating Grad Ball receipts. • Spelling Bee Review Program [Jan 2023]: Created an updated spelling bee program for Mac in Bash to help review for a Spelling Bee (with support for Chinese as well), forked and edited from the original version by Tom White. (https://github.com/hdavidviloria/spelling-bee-mac)

I’ve always been curious about the way websites work, and during the pandemic, this led me to stumble upon web development through WordPress!

What started as a single experiment turned into hours of exploration and learning – and ultimately led me to develop numerous projects.

As Former Pupil Council Treasurer for 2 years, I’ve had firsthand experience managing budgets and flow through spreadsheet work.
